Cancellation of Personal Shops
If you need to cancel a service and do so with more than 72 hours’ notice you can either reschedule the session or request a refund in full, whichever is preferred.
If the session is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price shall apply and the remaining 50% shall be refunded. Cancellations within the 72-hour window shall not qualify for rescheduling. To ensure consistency with all our clients there are no exceptions to this rule.
In the unlikely event that a service is cancelled by EJI Styling T/A Style Me Happy, you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date and 20% of your service price will be refunded for the inconvenience, whichever is preferred.
If the service is cancelled due to an issue with the specific venue being utilised for the service (i.e. the BullRing is closed for emergency maintenance works) you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date, whichever is preferred.
Although we would love to spend all day shopping with you and go out for drinks after, it is essential that clients arrive on time as personal commitments mean that shops must be completed by the time designated on the service at time of purchase. If clients are late, the completion time of the service will not be extended.
